Crisis Response

Castlebeck has developed a reputation for success in working with very complex people who have experienced repeated placement breakdown, often known as the “revolving door syndrome”.

Often assessment and admission of people happens at a time when they are least settled and require the most intense levels of support and many are in “crisis”.

The aim is to achieve stability within our acute services and then provide support and rehabilitation to progress towards the least restrictive option possible, at any particular time in a service user's life.

As part of this progression, Castlebeck has “step down” and residential services that create opportunities for people to continue along their own care pathway, at a pace that suits them.

Castlebeck is able to respond quickly to emergency and crisis situations and admissions. All decisions and actions are made on an individual basis.
