Complex Needs and Behaviours that Challenge Services
With an ethos of reward and encouragement rather than criticism and containment, Castlebeck has been providing support and care for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour for more than 20 years.
Castlebeck can provide support for people stepping down from secure care, stepping up or sideways into our services from a community placement but who may need more support, from home or for those leaving NHS services or moving closer to home. We can also support those detained under the Mental Health Acts of England, Wales and Scotland.
Every person’s individual care pathway is continually monitored and appraised with regular reviews of progress and outcomes, in partnership with the person themselves, commissioning agencies, family members, advocates and others.
