Willow House
Castlebeck’s residential services are about a small group of people living with staff on hand whenever they are needed and with the benefits of community living.
This tends to suit people who need a robust structure to help maintain the progress they have made. There is ready access to clinicians and others if such help is needed.
Willow House is in the heart of a thriving community, in Edgbaston, Birmingham.
Its eight residents enjoy living in a homely environment, with rooms which are entirely personalised. Lovely gardens, which residents not only enjoy but also maintain and design, are private and large.
With a dedicated 24.7 co-ordinator, service users have individual person-centred plans which take into account their wants, needs and interests including gardening, cooking, community access through college attendance, numeracy and literacy amongst a wide range.
Each service user has opportunities to learn life skills on a daily basis such as cooking, cleaning and laundry.
Willow House provides a real home for its service users in a friendly, warm and welcoming environment.
