Chesterholme
Chesterholme is an assessment and intervention unit and also has a step-down Graded Rehabilitation Annexe, on the same site, where people can learn about and experience more independent living.
The main part of Chesterholme provides 24 places for adults with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge, including those with complex needs and dual diagnoses.
Chesterholme’s “step down” Graded Rehabilitation Annexe has five places and is a service where people can learn life skills, access the community more independently and do more and more for themselves –from meal planning to general household tasks to organisng finances.
