Our care assistants are key members of the multi-disciplinary team, and are essential
in providing care and rehabilitation to our service users. Many of our care assistants
have been with the company for several years, and have contributed significantly to our
success.
Our care assistants are selected not for any particular qualification, but for their
personality, life experience, and approach to challenges. We provide comprehensive
training, including a basic training called the Learning Disabilities Award Framework,
and training in care to S/NVQ Levels levels 2 & 3.
